WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT IVAN AKA THE IMMACULATE CLEANER

	I contacted Ivan for a friend after seeing his stellar reviews. Man does he deliver on being the ‘immaculate’ cleaner. My friend is not easily impressed but he couldn’t get over how great things looked after Ivan cleaned. Also, Ivan is super friendly over phone and is very accommodating with scheduling. 	Ivan has been such a lifesaver since I moved into my first house. At first, I wanted to find somebody that could do a thorough move-in clean after so many people had carried furniture in and out. But I soon realized how incredible it was to have someone clean so thoroughly on a regular basis. Ivan is such a warm, incredibly nice person and I have so enjoyed getting to know him over the last 8 months. With most ordinary cleaning services you only really get someone coming in and doing just the most basic cleaning and wiping down of surfaces that are easy to get to, but not with Ivan. He will search every nook and cranny and make sure that every room sparkles and smells incredible. He usually stays the whole day, making sure the entire house has been scrubbed down. He is great about checking in throughout the day to let you know what rooms he is focusing his attention on and also to ask if there are any areas that need a deeper clean. My house has been in tiptop shape since the day I moved in and it is entirely due to Ivan’s incredible hard work and commitment. You can really tell he cares about his work and in keeping your living space as lovely as possible. A few months after Ivan started coming to my house, I had a roommate that had concerns about a smell in her room (it was an older house after all) and Ivan went out of his way to give her living space an extra thorough clean and used his very own concoction of eucalyptus cleaning oils to give the room a new fresh scent. He is also great with animals and pets – I have a dog who gets a bit nervous with newcomers and he is always so sweet and gentle with her. I highly recommend Ivan for any job that needs care and attention. Whether it is only a move-out deep clean or a regular bi-monthly cleaning, you will not regret it! When we first moved in, Ivan went through and cleaned every dusty old shelf, from the kitchen to the bathroom. I can’t describe how nice it felt unpacking things and knowing that they were being placed somewhere clean and not dusty. 	My mother owns a cleaning business back in Denver and she’s been in the business for over 25 years. So when I came to LA I knew it was going to be hard to find someone to match her quality of work, speed, and price. I went with a few options out here without any luck. When I reached out to Ivan I knew I had hit a gem. I sent him a video so he could get a general idea, and in a couple days he was at my home doing his magic. 	First, let me start off by saying that it was difficult finding a cleaning service with consistently good reviews. Luckily, I stumbled upon Ivan from Immaculate Cleaner as I was reading through the different Yelp reviews. I enlisted his help for a move-out deep cleaning, since… well, the service that property managers use [to take a portion of your security deposit] suck. Although Ivan is a one-man team and a very busy guy throughout the week, he made time to respond to each of my inquiries by text, phone or e-mail before the schedule day to clean. When he arrived, he was very pleasant and outgoing. He even recapped to me exactly what I wanted cleaned and asked if there was anything else. As I periodically checked-in, I can see he was hard at work. He asked me to check areas he cleaned to ensure it was to my satisfaction; even offering to re-do it if ever I wasn’t satisfied. (This was never the case!) Again, he asked me if I wanted any additional areas cleaned. I highly recommend his services for move-out or even ongoing weekly/monthly cleaning. 	Wow. That’s all I can say about the Immaculate Cleaner, Ivan. Let me tell you, I had just about given up on finding a good housekeeper. Between 4 dogs, a cat and a 3-year old one could easily just let the cards fall where they may (or in my case, milk or juice or wine) which I have on many occasions. Before finding Ivan, I went through endless “friends of friends” that claimed to be immaculate cleaners only to find out …. eh … not so much … then proceed to charge me an INSANE amount of money on top of it. Not Ivan … he assessed the situation, took charge, and didn’t break my bank account and for that he’s now the only one I call! 	The Immaculate Cleaner is the bomb. He’s fast, friendly and leaves your place immaculate. If you’re in a pinch or have a hot date, party or family function, he will make sure your home is spotless.
